What to expect:

• Support and enhance Group‑wide closing and reporting processes, focusing on capability building, data quality, analytics, and efficient closing
• Act as a central coordination and escalation point for Group companies within the financial data integration process
• Analyze and resolve complex IFRS 17 topics (methodology, data quality, system logic, reporting requirements)
• Support the stable operation and continuous improvement of the reporting landscape, including the central data integration and subledger solutions as an enabler
• Drive process optimization and operational excellence, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and functional enhancements
• You are in Group Finance and work closely together with actuaries, accountants, IT, and transformation initiatives to ensure consistent and high‑quality reporting
• Serve as a key contact person for data quality in Group Finance

What we expect:

• Completed degree or equivalent education in Finance, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in the financial services or insurance sector; solid knowledge of IFRS 17 is a strong advantage
• Experience or strong interest in modern finance and data platforms; capabilities in SAP, SQL, Microsoft Office, or Power BI are an advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international, multi‑stakeholder environment
• High level of reliability, ownership, and responsibility, with the ability to perform under time pressure
• Structured, independent working style combined with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
• Very good written and spoken English; German is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
