What to expect:
- Collaboration on exciting cross-functional and international projects in an agile team setup in the area of Digital Identity Management
- Analyzing existing IAM systems and processes in the IAM area with the aim of leveraging potential for improvement
- Further development and support of existing products in the field of IT security
- Active support with project ideas, solution design, prototyping and testing through to the rollout of IT solutions

What we expect:
- Completed studies (Bachelor's or Master's) with a focus on business informatics, IT or business administration
- Project management experience and skills, ideally with agile and traditional methods and initial experience with Jira and Confluence
- 1-3 years of professional experience as a business analyst or in a comparable position, preferably in the field of Identity and Access Management or another IT security domain
- Knowledge of common IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies such as SSO, LDAP, OAuth, MFA and RBAC
- Knowledge of common IAM tools and solutions such as One Identity, Active Directory, SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD or similar is advantageous
- Analytical, structured and problem-solving-oriented way of working when developing technical solutions
- Good communication skills in English are required, knowledge of German is a plus in order to communicate with our customers and specialist departments in understandable business language
