In this role, you will support a wide range of activities related to Strategy, Performance, and Transformation, while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization. You will act as a trusted link between different teams, contributing both to strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
You will join a motivated and collaborative team that is dedicated to contributing to the success of Customer Markets International in a dynamic and evolving environment. In your role, you will:
- Contribute to strategic initiatives in close collaboration with the Head of Strategy, Performance & Transformation
- Prepare high-quality documents and presentations for key meetings (e.g. Supervisory Board, Advisory Boards) in a recurring manner
- Help coordinate and ensure analysis of results and a delivery of regular reporting across Retail & Bancassurance International
- Act as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders across Headquarters and international markets
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives across different levels of the organization
- Contribute to setting up and maintaining transformation governance, including tracking progress
- Assist with organizational and administrative topics in a structured and independent way
- Work collaboratively across teams, functions, and countries within UNIQA Group

What we expect:
- 1 - 2 years of professional experience in consulting or a similar position is an advantage
- Initial professional experience in a similar role is welcome but not required
- Experience or interest in project and process management
- Confidence in working with digital tools, AI and MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- A structured and analytical approach to work
- A team-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and reliability
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work with different stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German
