What to expect:
A motivated and performance-driven team who striving to contribute to Customer Markets International success in a very dynamic and ever-changing environment:
- Managing strategic initiatives in close alignment with Head of Strategy, Performance & Transformation.
- Preparation of documents and presentations for key meetings (e.g., Supervisory Board, Advisory Boards etc.). Orchestrate and securing processing of regular reporting in coordination with the entire Team Retail & Bancassurance International
- Acting as Single Point of Contact towards various stakeholders in Headquarter and International Markets
- Supporting implementation of Retail & Bancassurance International Strategy activities on all levels.
- Helping to set up and maintain a transformation governance including progress monitoring.
- Supports Head of Strategy, Performance & Transformation in various administrative tasks.
- A cross-functional and cross-country collaboration model among UNIQA Group

What we expect:
- A bachelor's degree in business management, or in a related field
- 1 - 2 years of professional experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a must
- Experience in managing projects and processes
- Confident handling of digital tools and MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured way of working
- Flexible, team-oriented and responsible personality
- Excellent stakeholder management and oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English, German is an advantage
