What you can expect:

  • An engaged team: We support each other and work together across data analysis, AI, and reporting topics.
  • Ownership: You will have room to take responsibility — for example when assisting in preparing datasets, running analyses, validating data quality, or contributing to analytical and AI‑related tasks.
  • Learning and development opportunities: We support your professional and personal development, especially in working with data pipelines, building dashboards, automating reports, testing models, and documenting analytical results.
  • Insight into exciting processes: Particularly in preparing and validating complex datasets, automating dashboards and reports, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather analytical requirements, and contributing to small analytics or AI projects through research, model testing, or structured documentation.
  • A culture of appreciation: Open communication and respectful interaction are important to us.

What we expect:

  • Accuracy: Careful and precise work — especially when preparing and validating datasets, checking data quality, or maintaining dashboards.
  • Sense of responsibility: You independently take over tasks such as running analyses, supporting dashboard automation, conducting research, testing models, or documenting outcomes — and complete them reliably.

  • Very good MS Office skills: You are confident using Excel and can prepare management‑ready presentations.
  • SQL knowledge: An advantage for working with datasets from various sources and supporting analytical tasks.
