What to expect:
- Digital Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects with bank partners and execution countries.
- Establish and maintain project governance, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and host Steering Committee (SC) meetings.
- Ensure adherence to digital standards (e.g., customer experience guidelines, solution simplicity) and provide feedback for enhancements.
- Document and share best practices and lessons learned across the UNIQA network.
- Implementation of Digital Solutions
- Drive rollout of standardized digital solutions at group level.
- Coordinate stakeholders from group BM, group functions, local BUs, and external partners.
- Act as project manager to support countries in implementing digital solutions.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and roadblocks to managers and senior leadership.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Strategic Support
- Act as a key contributor for Non-BAU topics defined by management.
- Align plans with bank partners and internal stakeholders to support Bancassurance strategy execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of use cases for strategic initiatives
- Continuous Learning & Innovation

- Stay informed on digital trends (e.g., Digital Insurance, AI use cases) and share insights with the team.
- Participate in training programs to adopt new tools, standards, and processes.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What we expect:
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, consulting).
- Proven project management skills and experience with digital projects.
- Strong understanding and interest in technology and transformational solutions.
- Experience with agile ways of working.
- Ability to drive decisions and consensus across multi-functional and international teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at middle management level.
- University degree in business administration or information technology.
- Fluency in English; CEE/SEE language and/or German is a plus.
