In this key role, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensure delivery of strategic milestones, and help position UNIQA as a leader in Embedded Insurance in CEE. What to expect:
- Drive the execution of the strategic roadmap in close collaboration with the Head of Embedded Insurance, in line with UNIQA’s “UNIQA 3.0 – Growing Impact” strategy
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and partners across business units and enabling functions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of key milestones.
- Join Head of Embedded Insurance in the acquisition and management of new international partners and business opportunities
- Take ownership of preparing and coordinating decision-making materials, progress reports, and strategic updates for top mgmt.—ensuring alignment across local markets and HQ.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance metrics, deriving actionable insights to drive sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal top mgmt. stakeholders, particularly across different business models and country organizations.
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring structured planning, risk mitigation, on-time delivery, and consistently high-quality standards.
What we expect:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional and leadership experience, ideally in Embedded Insurance or related business models.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Experience in strategy development & transformation initiatives in an international context.
- Strong capability in partner acquisition and business development.
- Familiarity with the regulatory and technological landscape of Embedded Insurance.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, with a structured, solution-oriented working style.
- High degree of initiative, ownership, and ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced, and strategic environment.
- Fluency in English, and knowledge of additional languages like German is highly beneficial
