We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant for the Group People / Group HR function. In this role, you will be responsible for providing organizational support to the Group Chief People Officer and their team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department and act as a communication point between the Group People team and various stakeholders.
This position presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in building a career in HR. The Executive Assistant role serves as a starting point for advancement within the HR department, enabling you to gain valuable experience and exposure to various HR functions. If you are a self-starter with a bachelor's degree and a desire to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools, we encourage you to apply for this position.
What to expect:
- Support Group Chief People Officer and team in day-to-day operations (e.g. meeting coordination, travel management, procurement process, approval processes, organisational tasks)
- Prepare documents and presentations for management and team meetings
- Conduct research and prepare reports on HR-related topics
- Manage budget controlling and reporting
- Act as link and communication point from Group People to various internal and external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, international insurance companies network, …)
- Lead organisation of Group People team events or offsites
- Participate in selected Group People innovation and technology projects
What we expect:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence, ChatGPT prompting, or other AI applications
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work on multiple topics simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Bachelor´s degree
