What to expect: 

Bancassurnace Digital Roadmap Delivery & Generate Best Practice

       Lead the project delivery together with bank partners and execution countries, including project overall governance, monitoring progress, mitigate risks, hosting SC etc.

       Follow established digital standards (e.g., customer experience guidelines, solution simplicity) and provide feedback for improvements.

       Share best practices with team members and document learnings for reuse across the UNIQA network.

 

Implementation of Digital Solutions

       Push the rollout of digital bancassurance group level standard solutions

       Coordinate the definition of business requirements for digital requirements like APIs, customer journeys etc.

       Work as group project manager to help countries implement digital solutions

       Maintain and optimize group-wide solutions (e.g., Front-End tools) by flagging issues and suggesting enhancements.

 

Supporting Bancassurance Strategy Execution

       Supporting or work as key person for the bancassurance Non-BAU topics defined by management.

       Collaborate with managers to align plans with bank partners and internal stakeholders.

      Push for the first use case to be delivered for Non-BAU topic.

 

Stakeholder Management and Coordination

      Provide regular updates to managers on task progress, roadblocks, and potential risks.

      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Distribution, Business Development) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

      Interacts and cooperates with responsible for digital in other business lines of CMI – in Corporate & Affinity and in Retail.

      Responsible for preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

 

Continuous Learning & Improvement

      Stay updated on digital trends (e.g., Digital Insurance, AI use cases) and share insights with the team.

      Participate in training to adopt new tools, standards, and processes.

 

What we expect: 

      5+ years of experience in financial services industry (banking, insurance, consulting).

      A bachelor's degree in business management, information technology

      Proven project management skills and proven experience with digital projects.

      Experience in working in agile teams and in adherence with agile principles

      Understanding and strong interest in technology and transformational solutions.

      Excellent organizational skills and a clear demonstration/track record thereof of effective task breakdown, division, and accomplishment.

      Excellent communication and presentation skills on middle management levels.

      Strong leadership skills

      Fluency in English, CEE/SEE language and/or German is a plus.
