With your commitment, you will help to make companies and assets fit for the future with our strategies and climate protection roadmaps and set up sustainable products for the EU taxonomy.

What you can expect:

  • Further development, implementation and realization of ESG standards in the underwriting process.
  • Co-design of ESG strategies and climate protection roadmaps.
  • Preparation of CSR reports, fulfillment of reporting obligations and implementation of sustainability benchmarks.
  • Development and follow-up of decarbonization roadmaps.
  • Implementation of ESG corporate guidelines in our subsidiaries, especially in underwriting and portfolio management.
  • Assessment of corporate clients regarding ESG
  • Organization of training courses for ESG managers in the corporate business

We expect:

  • Strong reporting skills, including the ability in building and interpreting data-driven reports
  • Sound knowledge of ESG ratings, sustainability systems and reporting frameworks.
  • Independent working style and the ability to develop and successfully implement new processes
  • Basic knowledge of international legislation, funding and market trends in sustainability
  • Enjoy developing innovative solutions and the flexibility to independently familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Very good written and spoken English (German would be a plus).
  • Understanding economic interrelationships and the interactions between business processes.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry (especially corporate business) is an advantage
