To strengthen our Group People team and contribute to the success of our international experts, we hire an additional Global Mobility Expert (CEE) (f/m/d) 

 

 

What to expect: 

  • Global Hiring Process Management: Designing, implementing, and continually improving global hiring policies and practices, aligning them with strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with legal provisions
  • International Assignment and Relocation Coordination: Overseeing the logistics and management of international assignments, including short-term and long-term relocations, ensuring seamless transitions for employees and their families
  • Cross-Border Tax and Legal Compliance: Managing the tax implications of cross-border work, including coordination with tax consultants, and ensuring compliance with national and international tax laws
  • Immigration and Visa Management: Handling all aspects of immigration, including processing visas and work permits, and ensuring adherence to the immigration laws of respective countries
  • Intercompany Charging and Financial Coordination: Designing, implementing, and improving the process on intercompany charging, ensuring accurate cost allocation, and managing the legal framework and financial aspects of cross-border assignments
  • Global Mobility Policy Development and Benchmarking: Regularly reviewing, updating, and benchmarking global mobility policies against industry standards to ensure they remain effective, competitive, and compliant
  • Data Management, Reporting, and Stakeholder Advisory: Maintaining accurate records and data on global mobility, generating reports for decision-making, and providing expert advice to senior management and other stakeholders


What we expect: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. A master's degree in a similar field can be advantageous
  • Several years of experience in global mobility, human resources, or a related field, with specific experience in managing international assignments and relocations.
  • Proven track record in dealing with immigration, tax compliance, and legal aspects of global mobility
  • Knowledge of International Employment Laws
  • A thorough understanding of international labor laws, visa requirements, and tax regulations across various jurisdictions
  • Knowledge of financial aspects related to global mobility, including intercompany charging and cost management
  • Strong Communication Skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between different stakeholders, including senior management, HR teams, and employee
  • Cultural Sensitivity and Adaptability and a strong sense of cultural awareness and sensitivity, crucial for dealing with diverse employee populations and international assignments
  • Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages like German is highly beneficial
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and global mobility software, as well as general competency in office software and tools
