What to expect:
- Global Mobility Process Management & Legal Support:

- Provide legal assessments of cross-border employment and assignment models with a strong focus on compliance risks

- Ensure adherence to labor law, tax law, social security, immigration, and data protection regulations (e.g. PWD, DTTs)

- Draft, review, and negotiate mobility-related agreements (assignment letters, secondment contracts, intercompany agreements)

- Supporting billing of international assignments in line with OECD transfer pricing rules, including cost estimations and legal documentation in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Development and Implementation of Group Policies, Standards and Guidelines for Global Mobility:

- Design and implement group-wide standards and guidelines for global mobility

- Ensure policies reflect current legal requirements and best practices across CEE countries
- Data Management, Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of global mobility cases and documentation
- Provide reports, dashboards and presentations to support strategic decisions and compliance tracking
- Global Hiring Process Management:
- Advise Talent Acquisition and local stakeholders on legally compliant solutions for hiring international employees
- Audit and Compliance Support:

- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
- Act as main point of contact for auditors and compliance stakeholders on mobility topics
What we expect:
- Educational Background:
A bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. A master's degree in a similar field can be advantageous.
- Professional Experience:
Several years of experience in global mobility, human resources, legal, tax or a related field, with specific experience in managing global mobility processes in compliance with national and international labor laws, immigration requirements, tax and social security regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between different stakeholders, including senior management, HR teams, and employees.
- Technological Proficiency:
Familiarity with HRIS systems and global mobility software, as well as general competency in office software and tools.
- Language Skills:
Proficiency in English and German is essential, and knowledge of additional CEE languages is highly beneficial.
