What to expect:

 

The purpose of this role is to develop, communicate, and enhance specific components of the UNIQA Security Governance Framework, particularly focusing on Information Security. The goal is to align with the threat landscape, meet legal requirements, and ensure effective Information Security Governance across designated units.

 

  • Establishment, Operation, and Continuous Improvement of the Security Management System for designated units of the UNIQA Group with a focus on Information Security & IT Risk.
  • Perform Security Assurance Reviews within the managed Security Governance. Communicate the identified security issues and derived security risks to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Steer and support definition of security issues, measures and exceptions to comply with security goverance.
  • Perform periodical internal controls to ensure the quality of the local second line of defense activities in the field of information security, including sample reviews on closed measures and issues. Internal controls includes also specific audits independent of security assurance reviews.
  • Execution and support of local or group-wide projects, processes or tools that contribute to the overarching goal of Group Security and Group Risk Management.

We expect:

 

  • University degree with a focus on Computer Science and/or IT
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Information Security, Data Protection and Business Continuity Management
  • Experience with SAP ARIBA and Risk2Value is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English
