What to expect:

Leading collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of digital transformation efforts

Monitoring global market trends and implementing cutting-edge greenfield solutions

Adopting digital insurance platforms to enhance internal and external processes
-
Defining the technological enablers of new business models

Pioneering new technologies, enabling new business models throughout the organization, based on greenfield thinking, innovation, and market developments

Identifying the next areas of disruption and establishing UNIQA’s strategic positioning there
-
Getting involved in relevant ecosystem discussions to define and orchestrate UNIQA’s approach
-
Searching for business opportunities and defining corresponding strategic approaches
-
Analyzing the market and industries both within and beyond the insurance business to identify opportunities for generating new revenue streams

Supporting both new and established businesses
-
Responsible for vertical integration efforts, including sourcing and definition of areas to be potentially active in
-
Leading and participating in various projects on an ad-hoc basis related to digitalization, process improvement, etc.

Performing other various tasks upon the request of the immediate superior

Fostering partnerships and managing vendors

Developing digital collaboration models with payment providers
-
Implementing BM-agnostic technological solutions to drive innovation

Introducing advanced IT solutions to refine digital business capabilities and technologies
What we expect:

A bachelor's degree in business management, or in a related field
-
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar new business models-related role
-
Expertise in strategy and transformation from relevant programs, projects, and/or from previous roles
-
Experience in working in agile teams and in adherence with agile principles
-
Excellent organizational skills and a clear demonstration/track record thereof of effective task breakdown, division, and accomplishment.

Persuasive and clear communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude
-
Great attention to detail
-
Strong leadership skills
-
An excellent command of English language
