What to expect
- Together with experienced Business Analysts and software developers, you will design and deliver IT solutions for our business (UNIQA Insurance)
- You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into sustainable IT solutions
- You will support requirements throughout the entire lifecycle – from analysis and estimation to solution design, prototyping, testing, documentation, and rollout
- You will conduct impact and root cause analyses in complex system landscapes and contribute to efficient troubleshooting
- You will take ownership of requirements and support prioritization and alignment within an agile setup (e.g. with Product Owners)
- You will contribute to the maintenance and continuous development of existing and new products
- Your focus will be on CORPO products within the Property & Casualty domain
- You will work in an agile environment (SAFe), participate in relevant ceremonies, and enjoy collaborating within a team
What we expect
- Very good communication skills in German and English for working with international colleagues
- A degree in Information Technology or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within the finance or insurance industry
- Understanding of business processes in the insurance domain; knowledge of Property & Casualty and/or CORPO is a plus
- Experience collaborating with development teams and a good understanding of integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, and JSON
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence; initial knowledge of PEGA is an advantage
- A structured way of working, strong analytical skills, and the ability to understand complex system landscapes
- Experience in analysis and troubleshooting; development experience is considered a plus
