What to expect:
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Develop and maintain IT security policies and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DORA)
- Embed security-by-design in enterprise architecture
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable technical controls
Technical Security & Implementation
- Define and integrate a cohesive IT security architecture
- Deploy and operate key security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR/XDR, Firewalls, PAM, WAF)
- Strengthen systems and infrastructure through secure configuration
Security Operations & Incident Response
- Lead and support cyber incident investigations and simulations
- Enhance threat detection and response through collaboration with the SOC
- Drive continuous improvement in monitoring and threat prevention
- Role as Security Officer on Call
What we expect:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, InfoSec, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in IT Security (governance & technical)
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP), incident response, and deploying multi-domain security solutions (Endpoint, Network, Cloud)
- Experience in IT Security architecture, Network/Endpoint/Cloud/IAM/Web Security
- Scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell) is a plus
- Confident communicator, creative problem-solver, aligns security with business needs
