What to expect:

Configuration Management & IT Asset Data

  • Manage the IT asset inventory ecosystem, analyze data to detect quality issues, address requests from management and auditors, and recommend architectural improvements with a strong security mindset
  • Drive the roadmap for continuous enhancement of the CMDB and its data sources to ensure that IT asset data supports all required operational use cases and meets regulatory expectations
  • Act as Product Manager for the agile DevOps team: define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and lead data‑driven improvements
  • Fixed-term position until 31.07.2027

 

You will also take on the role of UNIQA Group Function Lead for IT Service Continuity, ensuring that all business units establish and maintain effective service continuity and disaster recovery readiness.

IT Service Continuity

  • Coordinate Disaster Recovery planning activities across UNIQA subsidiaries; review DR documentation, track test execution and evidence, and escalate gaps when necessary.
  • Lead the IT Service Continuity community across countries, enabling best‑practice sharing and continuous knowledge exchange.

 

What we expect:

  • A degree in Information Technology or a related field, and 3+ years of practical IT Service Management experience
  • Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow CMDB
  • Broad understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and processes
  • Familiarity with IT Asset Management principles, especially data quality topics
  • Solid understanding of information security concepts and enterprise IT environments
  • Good knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery; experience supporting DR tests is an advantage
  • Experience working in agile teams and acting as a Product Manager for data‑driven improvements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
  • A strategic thinker with a can‑do attitude, resilience, and optimism when challenges arise
  • Fluent English and German skills
