What to expect:

  • Serve as a group function and design the architecture and goals for IT Service Continuity to ensure effective service continuity and disaster recovery for all UNIQA business units
  • Collaborate with the BCM function to establish end-to-end effective processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate the creation of Disaster Recovery Plans across subsidiaries and monitor regular testing by local functions
  • Provide IT Service Continuity Management services for smaller entities of the UNIQA Group
  • Lead IT asset management efforts to ensure maximum transparency and data quality of group-wide IT assets, and ensure this data is available for incident management
  • Assume responsibility as the Product Owner of the Group Configuration Management System (ServiceNow) to continuously improve and develop this group service. Collaborate in an agile manner with our internal service provider UITS and other external IT providers
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders in Austria and across the UNIQA Group, and lead the international community to foster collaboration and best practice exchange

We expect:

  • A degree in Information Technology or a related field with over 3 years of proven experience in IT Service Management, with practical application of ITIL

  • Familiarity with Business Continuity Management practices and requirements as well as experience in planning and implementing Disaster Recovery strategies

  • Proficiency in IT Asset Management and experience with the ServiceNow platform

  • A solid understanding of information security and the current threat landscape

  • Experience in Project Management and familiarity with agile methodologies, such as SAFe as well as excellent communication and collaboration skill

  • Excellent English language skills. Proficiency in German is a plus
