Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT transformation initiatives across the UNIQA Group
- Cooperate with local IT teams of UNIQA countries to ensure alignment of IT strategy, goals and project deliverables
- Lead selected group-wide IT projects aimed at driving operational efficiency, innovation and digital transformation, incl. product ownership
- Monitor and report on the performance of local IT units, identifying gaps, risks and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange among country IT teams to harness synergies across the Group
- Implement frameworks for governance, progress tracking and risk management relating to transformation projects
- Engage with senior stakeholders both at group and local levels to ensure buy-in and effective change management
- Represent Group IT in cross-functional teams, ensuring IT interests are embedded in broader business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with group standards, policies and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, FIDA, CRA etc.)
- Active participation at UNIQA IT CommUNIty
We expect:
- You operate independently with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrating leadership and accountability in delivering results
- You possess strong analytical skills
- You are interested in the strategic IT management in an international environment
- You completed degree in IT, engineering or economics or a related field
- You have >5 years of professional experience – ideally in an international environment
- You have willingness to take on responsibility and drive sustainable change in complex environments
- You have excellent English skills
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
