What to expect:

• Support the qualification of ICT third-party providers and their services
• Help coordinate and track supplier assessments, open requests and required follow-ups
• Review submitted information for completeness, consistency and data quality
• Support the documentation of qualification results, identified issues, risks and remediation measures
• Assist with the ongoing monitoring of ICT third-party providers, including operational, security, resilience, compliance and financial risk indicators
• Maintain accurate and traceable information in relevant TPRM tools and reporting solutions
• Prepare status reports, management information and operational process metrics
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and support communication with suppliers
• Contribute to the improvement of TPRM processes, templates, guidance materials and reporting
• Support selected Group-wide TPRM initiatives and collaboration with UNIQA business units

What we expect:

• Ongoing university studies, ideally in business administration, risk management, information security, IT, law, finance, data analytics or a related field
• Interest in third-party risk, information security, operational resilience or regulatory topics
• A structured and reliable way of working
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Competence on business intelligence solutions and methods (i.e. data modeling, Power BI) are bonus – but not required.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to follow up with different stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good written and spoken English; German or another Central and Eastern European language is an advantage
• Previous experience with risk management, procurement, compliance, Power BI, SAP Ariba or GRC tools is welcome but not required
• Identify repetitive activities that could be simplified or partially automated, where you support designing and testing prompts, reusable AI workflows and practical TPRM use cases
