We are looking for a business-oriented reporting expert who combines a good understanding of insurance and performance management with a passion for Power BI, data visualization and Artificial Intelligence.

In this role, you will help shape the future of Reporting & Planning within UNIQA International by transforming business requirements into insightful management reporting, innovative visualizations and AI-supported ways of working. Working at the interface between business and technology, you will support strategic decision-making and contribute to the continuous evolution of our Performance Management function.

What to expect:

International Performance Management

• Support international Reporting and Planning activities across UNIQA International entities.
• Contribute to the monthly reporting cycle and planning processes, ensuring transparency, consistency and high-quality management information.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate insurance and performance management requirements into meaningful reporting concepts.
• Support the further development of reporting, planning and performance management standards across UNIQA International.
• Act as a trusted partner for business stakeholders

Power BI, Visualisation & Innovation

• Design and continuously enhance modern Power BI reporting solutions, executive dashboards and interactive visualizations that transform complex business and financial information into actionable management insights.
• Drive innovation within the reporting landscape by introducing modern visualization concepts, reporting best practices and advanced Power BI capabilities.
• Challenge existing reporting approaches and continuously identify opportunities to improve business steering and decision-making.
• Act as the go-to expert for visualization, storytelling and user-centric reporting design.

AI & Microsoft Copilot

• Drive the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI-supported ways of working within Reporting & Planning.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual activities and increase efficiency through AI-supported solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI, Copilot and Power BI capabilities and assess their business value.
• Bring innovative ideas and technology trends into the organization and support their practical implementation.

What we expect:

Professional Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Controlling, Insurance, Economics or a comparable field.
• First professional experience in Insurance, Finance, Controlling or Performance Management, ideally in a reporting, planning or steering-related function.
• Good understanding of key insurance and performance management KPIs
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful management reporting solutions.

Power BI & Visualization Excellence

• Several years of experience working with Power BI and management reporting solutions.
• Strong expertise in dashboard design, data visualization, storytelling, user experience and modern visualisation best practices.
• Passion for transforming complex information into intuitive and impactful management insights.
• Ability to challenge conventional reporting approaches and proactively introduce innovative ideas and improvements.

AI & Innovation Mindset

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, especially Microsoft Copilot and AI-supported business processes.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning with the ambition to stay at the forefront of modern reporting technologies.
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements and new ways of working.

Personal Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• High level of initiative, ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Very good command of English.

• Experience with Copilot Studio
• Experience in Insurance Financial, Controlling or Executive Reporting environments
