What to expect:

• Creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to present key business metrics and performance indicators
• Performing data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports
• Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data, and providing relevant insights and recommendations
• Taking cross-functional responsibility for reporting and analytics within the department
• Collaborating with senior management within Corporate International

What we expect: 

• Solid knowledge in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting
• Basic programming skills (Python and/or SQL)
• Basic experience in handling and creating dashboards (Microsoft Power BI)
• Ideally, initial experience in the corporate insurance sector and with Databricks
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand, interpret, and transform complex data into meaningful reports
• Team spirit and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Ongoing studies (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Physics, or a related field
• Openness to innovative technologies and a willingness to use artificial intelligence responsibly in everyday work while continuously developing one's skills
