What to expect:
-
supporting the execution of group employee surveys across 12 countries including all regular and ad-hoc steps (survey preparation, survey processing, results delivery, lessons learned sessions) and documenting their key outputs to ensure smooth process for all stakeholders (country Voice of Employee representatives, employees, line managers and board members)

assisting in group survey planning process to ensure timely execution of group surveys

collecting change requests and feedback about survey items from relevant stakeholders (Group People Product Owners and country VoE representatives) to enable inclusive change management process and preparation of next survey rounds

organizing group and international VoE meetings (planning, preparation, documentation, follow-up) to ensure regular exchange of information between VoE group and country teams

communicating with group and country VoE team to ensure timely submission of agreed deliverables from and to countries

addressing questions and concerns of country teams related to VoE surveys to guarantee positive experience with VoE process

contributing to creation of presentations and results consolidation based on regular and ad-hoc requests to support various VoE stakeholders and ensure proper interpretation of VoE topics

supporting cooperation with Group Brand&Comms team to improve awareness about VoE process among employees and leaders
We expect:

strong background in project management, with a passion for driving change and improving processes

excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

basic analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from survey data and contribute to data-driven decision-making

familiar with generative AI-tools for data analysis, or a willingness to learn

fluent in English, with the ability to communicate confidently in a multicultural environment
