With the goal of sustainably building and expanding our institutional sales function, we are looking for a motivated individual to play an important role in shaping this area from the ground up.
What to expect:
- Close collaboration with the Senior Institutional Sales in building and structuring the new institutional distribution channel
- Responsibility for the internal sales setup: preparation of presentations, support in the creation of proposals, pitchbooks and sales materials
- Conducting market, client, and competitor analyses to identify potential institutional investors
- Coordination between Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Investment Teams, and Compliance (e.g. in the preparation of RfPs)
- Gradually take on own sales responsibilities as part of ongoing development
What we expect:
- University degree in economics, finance, or a related field
- Initial professional experience in the asset management industry, ideally in sales, product management, or client servicing
- Passion for capital markets and strong interest in strategically developing the institutional sales function
- Proactive and structured working style with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Fluent in both German and English, with very good written and verbal communication skills
