What to expect:
- Actively contribute to the international strategy by exploring ways of further growth.
- Independently conduct market analyses and drive international M&A projects from initiation to closing.
- Develop, standardize, and monitor M&A processes and collaborate with leadership to shape long-term strategies.
- Review and develop business plans aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Actively contribute to Due Diligence processes and preparing the decision base (incl. valuations).
- Prepare professional decision-making materials for top management.
- This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach.
What we expect:
- Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in financial industry, consulting, or the M&A sector.
- Experience in an international environment or working with international teams is an advantage.
- Initial experience in performance management or controlling.
- Strong analytical skills, with a structured and solution-oriented working approach.
- Excellent teamwork, high level of commitment, and initiative.
- Proficiency in English.
