The Organizational Development Expert is part of the Group People function and works closely with the Organizational Development Lead, local People teams, and business stakeholders across the UNIQA Group. The role contributes to driving transformation, supporting strategic workforce planning, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across the organization. A key focus is on leveraging AI and digital solutions to shape future ways of working, redesign roles and processes, enable future-ready talent strategies, and help build an AI-enabled organization.


What to expect: 

  • Support organizational transformation initiatives by partnering with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, operating models, and ways of working
  • Shape the future workforce by assessing the impact of AI and emerging technologies on jobs, skills, and workforce requirements, and translating insights into workforce planning actions
  • Drive AI adoption and adaptation through change management, skills building, AI literacy initiatives, and support for responsible AI integration into daily work
  • Design and implement organizational development solutions including organizational design, job architecture, talent development, and leadership enablement
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement by helping leaders and teams adapt to changing business and technology environments
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and business stakeholder to ensure alignment of development initiatives with business strategy
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Promote UNIQA’s guiding principles and foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and digital literacy

What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in organizational development, operating model design, change management, or workforce transformation within a complex, international organization
  • Experience with AI, digital HR tools, or data analytics in a people or transformation context
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Additional certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR), Organizational Design, Agile Transformation, or Project Management are an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience supporting in workforce transformation, including assessing the impact of AI on skills, roles, organizational structures
  • Openness to innovative technologies and a willingness to use artificial intelligence responsibly in everyday work while continuously developing one's skills
