What to expect:
- Support the central embedded insurance team as well as local and affinity insurance teams with data-driven reports and actionable recommendations
- Develop, maintain, and further enhance embedded insurance pricing and demand models, including structured competitor analysis and competitor modeling
- Conduct structured market monitoring and manage market prices and discounts in close coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
- Use and continuously improve analysis and reporting tools to monitor and visualize conversion-related KPIs
- Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the entire customer journey
- Analyze, visualize, and present results clearly and convincingly to management
- Actively contribute to pricing governance and the ongoing optimization of pricing processes
What we expect:
- Completed degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on actuarial mathematics
- Several years of relevant professional experience in pricing, price optimization, market analysis, or pricing strategy
- Strong knowledge of developing and applying demand and market pricing models, including competitor modeling
- Experience with relevant tools and programming languages (e.g. Excel, SQL, R, Python)
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Team player with initiative and enthusiasm for innovative and data-driven solutions
- Fluent in English; German and/or any Central or Eastern European language is a strong plus
