What to expect:

• Support the central embedded insurance team as well as local and affinity insurance teams with data-driven reports and actionable recommendations
• Develop, maintain, and further enhance embedded insurance pricing and demand models, including structured competitor analysis and competitor modeling
• Conduct structured market monitoring and manage market prices and discounts in close coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
• Use and continuously improve analysis and reporting tools to monitor and visualize conversion-related KPIs
• Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the entire customer journey
• Analyze, visualize, and present results clearly and convincingly to management
• Actively contribute to pricing governance and the ongoing optimization of pricing processes

What we expect:

• Completed degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on actuarial mathematics
• Several years of relevant professional experience in pricing, price optimization, market analysis, or pricing strategy
• Strong knowledge of developing and applying demand and market pricing models, including competitor modeling
• Experience with relevant tools and programming languages (e.g. Excel, SQL, R, Python)
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with initiative and enthusiasm for innovative and data-driven solutions
• Fluent in English; German and/or any Central or Eastern European language is a strong plus
