What to expect:
- Translate Group Claims Management strategies into actionable projects and country-level initiatives
- Collaborate, support and represent Claims International in cross‑functional and international meetings
- Lead and coordinate international claims-related projects with a strong focus on automation, change and process improvements
- Design analytical frameworks, dashboards and monitoring tools to enhance transparency and steer claims KPIs
- Monitor operational performance and derive insights to drive measurable impact at business unit level
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Claims & Anti‑Fraud Community to scale best practices across the group
What we expect:
- Proven experience in leading cross‑functional and international projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify financial impacts and interpret KPIs
- Solid knowledge of the insurance business, ideally with a focus on Claims
- Very good command of Power BI and MS Office
- Excellent English skills; additional Eastern European languages are an advantage
- High integrity, structured working style and strong problem‑solving ability
