What to expect:

  • Translate Group Claims Management strategies into actionable projects and country-level initiatives
  • Collaborate, support and represent Claims International in cross‑functional and international meetings
  • Lead and coordinate international claims-related projects with a strong focus on automation, change and process improvements
  • Design analytical frameworks, dashboards and monitoring tools to enhance transparency and steer claims KPIs
  • Monitor operational performance and derive insights to drive measurable impact at business unit level
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Claims & Anti‑Fraud Community to scale best practices across the group

 

What we expect:

  • Proven experience in leading cross‑functional and international projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify financial impacts and interpret KPIs
  • Solid knowledge of the insurance business, ideally with a focus on Claims
  • Very good command of Power BI and MS Office
  • Excellent English skills; additional Eastern European languages are an advantage
  • High integrity, structured working style and strong problem‑solving ability
