Data management is increasingly important for asset management. At UNIQA Asset Management, we focus on a liability-driven investment approach combined with our sustainable investment guidelines. What to expect:
As an experienced Data Manager, you will ensure our data comply with industry best practices and standards of integrity, consistency, and availability.
- Manage and process data, maintaining and enhancing data quality, structure, and governance within asset management, including data related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects
- Develop and enhance data reporting structures, with a particular focus on ESG metrics and standards
- Collaborate closely with all Asset Management Teams, relevant departments, and IT Teams for system interfaces, data solutions, and standardized processes
- Maintain ongoing contact with our external data providers (ISS-ESG, Bloomberg, SimCorp Dimension)
- Contribute to and coordinate projects focused on data-related topics
What we expect:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data management, ideally within the financial or asset management sector
- Experienced in data modeling, databases (SQL), ETL processes, and reporting tools
- Proficient in SimCorp Dimension
- Interest in asset management and sustainability topics (ESG)
- Experience in project management is beneficial
- Strong analytical thinking and structured work approach
- Proactive and reliable team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Preferably good command of German and English
