What you can expect:

  • Close cooperation with the subsidiaries teams to ensure alignment on Corporate & Affinity strategic vision, leveraging insights from the headquarter on Distribution & Growth.
  • Sales focus - relationship management and partnership development with key industry Partners (e.g. Intl. Brokers) and relevant entities to strengthen UNIQA's presence in the Corporate & Affinity areas within International markets, from the headquarter standpoint.
  • Active contribution to various sales concepts development, including omnichannel and/or multichannel approaches.
  • Strategic initiatives to ensure the overall excellent Customers and Partners experience.
  • Sales performance evaluation and regular feedback to the Partners, Customers, or subsidiaries, based on defined performance metrics.
  • Market feedback, insights and trends gathering, contributing actively to identifying new business opportunities.

  • Industry experience and specialized knowledge in insurance
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Very good presentation capabilities
  • Strategic thinking
  • Analytical thinking and data driven decision making
