What to expect:
- Solvency Projection Ownership
- Lead and coordinate the solvency projection calculation process across entities
- Maintain and enhance tools and framework to support accurate projections
- Interpret results and deliver insightful reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to ORSA and Value-Based Management processes
- Internal Model Validation
- Focus on market and counterparty default risk modules
- Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge validation tests and processes
- Contribute to the R codebase and internal IT systems, including regular code reviews
- Document findings in clear, impactful validation reports and presentations
- Strategic Project Involvement
- Drive innovation in quantitative risk management through active participation in cross-functional projects (i.e. Full Internal Model, IRRD)
We expect:
- University degree in mathematics, statistics, quantitative economics, or a related field
- Professional experience in risk management, actuarial science, or asset management
- Solid understanding of Solvency II and financial markets
- Familiarity with stochastic modeling and quantitative risk management tools
- Advanced MS Office skills (including VBA) and strong proficiency in R
- German language skills are an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive and reliable team player
