What to expect:
- Overall responsibility for all test-related processes (Defect Process, Test Management Process, Minimal Rule Set)
- Definition, rollout, and monitoring of testing KPIs and reporting standards
- Ensuring compliance with test processes, guidelines, and quality standards, including internal assessments
- Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and external audits as well as FMA in the testing area
- Responsibility for GDPR-compliant test data and the Test Data Standard
- Close cooperation with the Test Center in Nitra, Testing Bridgeheads, and Value Train Managers
- Supporting and monitoring end-to-end testing and promoting a unified testing approach within UITS
- Organizing Communities of Practice and fostering knowledge sharing
- Participation in management and alignment meetings (Portfolio, TL/CEO, Agile)
- Responsibility for GRC processes in test management and conducting Business Impact Analyses
What we expect:
- Several years of experience in test management and a solid understanding of agile development processes
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Tosca, and common testing methodologies
- Experience in defining and implementing testing and quality standards
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across international teams
- Analytical thinking, structured work style, and strong quality awareness
- Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to decision-making
- Very good English skills
