What to expect:
- Together with your counterparts on the business-side, you are responsible for the end-to-end leadership, governance and delivery of the Corporate Business Navigator (CBN)
- Define and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap of the CBN value train
- Deliver measurable business value, supporting standardized processes, transparency, and scalability within the Corporate & Affinity business
- Ensure alignment with corporate business strategy and priorities, effective and transparent planning and execution across product management and development teams, balancing transformation work with ongoing legacy system operations
- Ensure alignment between architecture, data, AI initiatives and other value trains as well as multiple stakeholders across countries and business units
- As part of UITS, you are - like MDs and fellow Team Leads - based in Vienna. However, since most of your team is based in Nitra, a strong on-site presence is required
What we expect:
- University or technical college degree with IT reference or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of senior management experience in the IT & Software development sector in international insurance business environments
- Strong understanding of corporate underwriting, sales and offer processes
- Experience in steering large projects and programs in nearshore environments
- Agile Leadership mindset and experience with scaled agile setups
- Required Language skills: English (minimum C1 level), German (minimum B2 level), Slovakian is a strong asset
- Openness to innovative technologies and a willingness to use artificial intelligence responsibly in everyday work while continuously developing one's skills
